These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website octalen.com(the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CODETIVE Pawel Boguta.
2. Scope of these Terms
These Terms cover only your use of the Website itself, including any informational content, downloadable materials and the ability to schedule a call with us through an embedded third-party tool.
Our marketing services (including Reddit marketing, GEO, consulting and any other paid engagements) are governed by a separate written agreement between you and us. Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer to provide services on the terms shown; the actual terms of any engagement are set out in that separate agreement.
3. Use of the Website
You agree that you will not:
- use the Website in a way that breaks any applicable law or these Terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its servers, or related infrastructure;
- interfere with the operation of the Website, including by introducing malware, scraping at a rate that degrades service, or running denial-of-service activity;
- copy, republish, resell or otherwise commercially exploit Website content without our prior written consent.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, layout, graphics, logos, icons and the Octalen brand, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by Polish and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Website for your personal or internal business use only. No other rights are granted.
5. Booking calls via third-party tools
We use Cal.comto allow you to book introductory calls. When you book a call, you interact with Cal.com directly and your data is processed by Cal.com under its own terms and privacy policy. Please review Cal.com’s documentation before submitting any information.
6. No professional advice
Content on the Website is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, financial, marketing or any other professional advice. You should not rely on Website content as the sole basis for any decision and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website will be submitted to the Polish court having territorial jurisdiction over the registered seat of CODETIVE Pawel Boguta, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
